Cancellation Policy
Clients and farriers should communicate schedule changes as early as possible. Late cancellations can affect route planning, travel time, and reserved service windows.
Appointment changes
- Clients should cancel or reschedule as soon as they know a service window will not work.
- Farriers may apply their own business rules for travel charges, missed appointments, or late changes.
- Weather, horse safety, or site-access issues may require rescheduling for safety reasons.
