Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Farrier OS, a software platform that helps farriers and clients manage appointments, invoices, and payments.
Use of the platform
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You may use Farrier OS only for lawful business and customer service activities.
- You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Service relationships
Farrier OS provides software tools. Hoof-care services are performed by independent farriers, not by Farrier OS itself. Each farrier remains responsible for the services they provide, their availability, pricing, and customer interactions.
Payments
Payments submitted through the platform are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By using the payment features, you agree to any applicable payment-provider terms and authorization requirements.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform from time to time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
